Provider terms
Last updated: PR 6 scaffold. [REVIEW WITH LAWYER]
Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone listed as a service provider on Dollar Dreams — migration agents, photographers, tax agents, vehicle owners offering rentals.
Response time expectations
Reply to forwarded enquiries within 48 hours. We don't enforce this with penalties, but persistent non-response is grounds for delisting — we'd rather an empty category than one full of providers who don't reply.
Commission
Commission rates are agreed per-provider and recorded in our admin console. We snapshot the rate onto each lead at the moment we mark it converted — so changes to your rate going forward don't affect prior conversions.
Listing standards
- Hold and maintain the relevant registration (MARA / TPB / state licensing)
- Carry the insurance your category requires
- Photos and copy must be your own or properly licensed
- No false claims about credentials, awards, or success rates
What gets you delisted
- Confirmed scam, misrepresentation, or unauthorised practice
- Pattern of unresolved complaints from users
- Refusing to honour quoted commission terms
- Trying to route enquiries off-platform to avoid commission
Forms & data
Lead data (contact details, intake form responses) is shared with you when we forward an enquiry. You may use it only to respond to that enquiry. Adding leads to a marketing list, reselling, or contacting them about unrelated services is a breach of these terms.
