The cleaning required when you leave a rental, to the standard the agent will accept for full bond return.
What newcomers get wrong
It's a higher standard than 'normal clean' — oven, blinds, carpet shampoo, and 'fly-spec removal' are typical line items. Hire a 'bond cleaner' (~$300–$700 for a 2-bedroom) and keep the receipt; agents accept that more readily than DIY.
